Chives came into being when Gary realized that he could send himself animated messages to his Verizon wireless phone, then email them to himself, convert the animation and edit them in movie editing software.

Now Chives is covering news and entertainment events as well as delivering messages to agents, friends and family on behalf of Gary. Gary would love to have a real butler or assistant, but hey, this is better than nuthin!
